Become a young entrepreneur for a week!
Start a business doing what you LOVE!
Then learn how to turn that money into more money!
Activities include:
- Local Entrepreneurs sharing their secrets of success.
- Field Trips to Austin homegrown businesses on the Dillo.
- Creating and developing your first business that you can start right away.
When: March 12 - 16, 2007
Who: Ages 8 - 15
Times: 8:30 to 3:30
Where: Casa de Luz campus, 1701 Toomey Road
Tuition: $250
Campers will be developing a business idea delivering a good or service, creating a marketing plan, analyzing expenses and potential profit, determining how to invest the profits. All this, couched in an environment of play and exploration.
Participants will realize a new understanding of how money works in their lives and develop their own sense of self-worth.
